A 3 month group-consulting experience
There is no shortage of advice about what organisations need to do with AI: give people the tools - build capability - redesign workflows - create a culture of experimentation - measure business value.
All good advice. But when you're the person responsible for making it happen inside an organisation, knowing WHAT needs to change is only half the challenge.
The much harder question is HOW.
That's what AI Adoption to Value is designed to help you figure out.
Founding group-consulting cohort begins 13 January 2027.
The human side of AI
And you shouldn't have to figure out how to do it on your own either.
AI transformation is a team sport. It requires people across the organisation to think, behave and work differently, while leaders create the conditions that make that possible.
But the people tasked with driving this change are often working it out as they go. They're navigating different levels of AI confidence, competing business priorities, leadership expectations, organisational resistance and the pressure to demonstrate value.
They need more than another course telling them what good looks like.
They need practical approaches they can apply, the opportunity to work through their real challenges, and access to people who understand just how messy organisational change can be.
That's why I've created AI Adoption to Value, a small group-consulting experience combining my organisational transformation expertise with practical AI adoption frameworks and collaborative problem-solving across organisations.
Three connected layers
We're going deep into the organisational change required to make AI deliver value - across three connected layers.
How people experience AI change, including mindset, confidence, identity, trust, capability and the things that help or hinder behavioural change.
How to turn individual AI capability into shared learning, better decisions, redesigned ways of working and measurable improvements in team outcomes.
How leadership, operating models, culture, governance, incentives and measurement come together to make change sustainable and commercially valuable.
Running through all three
The practical discipline of change and transformation.
Understanding how to involve people, help them make sense of change and create genuine ownership. The focus isn't on collecting use cases or increasing tool usage - it's on making the change happen and knowing whether it's creating real value.
The format
Over 12 weeks, you'll join a carefully selected group of up to eight people from different organisations, all working on the challenge of turning AI adoption into business value. We'll meet online for 90 minutes each week, alternating between two kinds of sessions.
6 × Expert-led learning sessions
Frameworks, approaches and practical methods developed through organisational transformation work - including recent experience helping a scaleup do the actual work, from inside, to become AI-first. What has worked, what hasn't, and what we're still discovering.
6 × Facilitated consulting clinics
Bring your live organisational challenges to the group. Collaborative problem-solving drawing on transformation experience and peers facing similar problems elsewhere.
There won't be a requirement to arrive with polished success stories. We'll learn just as much from the experiments that didn't work, the resistance nobody anticipated and the questions nobody yet knows how to answer.
Between sessions, you'll apply what you're learning to real work in your own organisation.
This isn't learning about transformation in the abstract. It's making progress on the transformation you're already responsible for.
Outcomes
This isn't a programme where you spend 12 weeks learning about AI transformation and then return to work wondering where to begin. You'll be applying the learning throughout, working on the real challenges facing your organisation and using practical frameworks to move things forward.
By the end of the programme you'll have developed:
A working snapshot of where adoption stands across individuals, teams and the organisation, what is helping or hindering progress, and where to prioritise effort.
A practical way to involve the top team, technology, transformation and people teams, and managers – with clearer roles, sponsorship and actions to build ownership.
One meaningful opportunity translated into a testable hypothesis, with a baseline, intended outcome and a practical trial – and, where possible, learning from testing it in real work.
A starter framework to look beyond usage and training completion, connecting capability, team outcomes, readiness and evidence of business value.
A prioritised plan setting out what to do next, who needs to be involved, what to test or scale and what to measure – ready to discuss with your exec sponsor.
And you'll have something less tangible, but potentially just as valuable: greater confidence and judgement in navigating complex organisational change, developed through your own experiments, my guidance and the collective experiences of people facing similar challenges in other organisations.
The goal isn't to leave with another theoretical playbook. It's to leave with an approach you've begun putting into practice, evidence of what you're learning, and a clearer route to making AI transformation happen.
Audience
The person helping to make AI transformation happen. You might work in Transformation, Operations, People, Technology or a cross-functional AI team. Your title matters much less than your role in connecting AI ambition with the changes needed to make it real.
You don't need to be the technical AI expert. You do need to work across boundaries, influence how change happens and put ideas into practice. It works best with a clear mandate, exec-level support and the opportunity to apply what you learn.
You're not simply funding a training course. You're equipping the person who connects your AI ambition with the changes needed across your business - with expert transformation guidance and a small group of peers tackling similar challenges in other organisations.
They'll return with a diagnosis, an engagement plan, a tested value experiment, a scorecard and a 90-day roadmap ready to discuss with you.
Your sponsorship matters. A clear mandate, time to apply the learning and access to the people who need to be involved will make the experience far more valuable. The aim is to strengthen the capability to drive change within your organisation - not outsource ownership of it.

I've spent my career helping organisations navigate complex change and transformation, from major corporates to fast-growing technology scaleups, including as a Chief People Officer.
Much of that work has involved moving organisations from where they are to where they need to be, often when the starting point isn't entirely clear, the destination is ambitious and previous attempts haven't delivered what was hoped for.
I know how difficult it can be to make change happen when you're working across leadership teams, functions and managers, with competing priorities, different perspectives and plenty of uncertainty.
Over the past year, I've been working inside a scaleup helping to turn its AI-first ambition into a practical approach to organisational change. That means tackling the human, team and organisational challenges of adoption, designing ways to build capability, creating opportunities to experiment with real work, and figuring out how to connect all of this to business value.
We're learning as we go. Some things are working, others need adapting, and there are still plenty of questions we're trying to answer.
And that's exactly why I've created this programme.
I'm not offering a theoretical AI transformation playbook or claiming to have all the answers. I'm bringing years of organisational transformation experience together with what I'm discovering through live AI-first work, to help others navigate the same challenges in their own businesses.
Founding cohort
Founding cohort investment: £1,900 per participant. The intended price for future cohorts is £2,900. The first group is being offered a preferential price in recognition of the role founding participants will play in testing and refining the experience.
Places will be offered following a short conversation to ensure the programme is the right fit and that everyone can contribute meaningfully to the group.

Everyone's Talking About AI Value. Who's Figuring Out HOW?
Wednesday 25 November 2026 · 11am – 12pm GMT · Online
There's plenty of advice about why AI adoption needs to create business value. Far less about how to make that happen when you're in the middle of an organisation trying to figure it out.
In this free, practical session, I'll share how I've been approaching the challenge inside a scaleup, bringing together the individual, team and organisational dimensions of AI transformation.
We'll explore:
There will be time for questions, and I'll also introduce the January founding cohort for anyone interested in working through these challenges in more depth.
Come for the practical insights, whether or not the programme is right for you.
